This is in reference to your Application for Correction of
Military Records, DD Form 149, received on 11 February 2015,

in which you requested a copy of your Certificate of Release or
Discharge from Active Duty (DD Form 214). Please be advised that
your request is not under the purview of this Board, but under
the cognizance of the National Personnel Records, 9700 Page
Boulevard, St. Louis, Missouri 63132. I have enclosed a Standard
